Railway Teacher Recruitment 2025 Selection Process
The RRB Teacher Recruitment 2025 selection process involves multiple stages to identify qualified candidates for teaching posts. The first stage of the selection process is a computer-based test (CBT), followed by the skill test and interview.

Computer-Based Test (CBT): The Computer-Based Test (CBT) is an online multiple-choice examination that candidates must pass to be eligible for teaching positions. After clearing the CBT, candidates will receive a scorecard, which remains valid for a specified period as mentioned in the official notification.
Interview: After clearing the CBT, shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. The interview process will be managed by two separate boards: the Central Selection Board (CSB) and Local Selection Board (LSB).

RRB Railway Teacher Salary Structure

As per the 7th Central Pay Commission, teachers will receive basic pay based on their post, ranging from Rs. 35,400 to Rs. 44,900, along with a grade pay of Rs. 2,800. Teachers will also get various allowances, including house rent allowance (HRA), dearness allowance (DA), Provident Fund (PF) benefits, and medical facilities.
